Please join us for the Â鶹´«Ã½ Online Socrates Cafe session with Dr. Sayed Hassan Akhlaq on Friday January 29th, 19:00 Bishkek time/ 08:00 New York time.
Dr. Sayed Hassan Akhlaq is a philosopher and writer specialized in Philosophy of Religion. He is involved in comparative study, dialogue among civilizations, and inter and intra-faith dialogue. He is currently Adjunct Professor at Coppin State University, Northern Virginia Community College and Notre Dame of Maryland University. He has also lecturing experiences from Boston University, Princeton University, The Catholic University of America, The George Washington University, Gharjistan University, and al-Mustafa International University.

Dr. Akhlaq published 5 scholarly books including The Secular and the Sacred Complementary and/or Conflictual?, From Rumi to Nietzsche, The Philosophical Discourse Between Islam and the West, From Tradition of Balkh to Modernity of Paris and The Philosophical Meditations of Allameh Ghuryani, and many scholarly articles in Farsi and English.
