An innovative, interdisciplinary academic program prepares specialists in proactive talent management to create and develop organizations of high quality and excellence. Students receive knowledge in the field of sociology, psychology, economics, law and business administration to solve applied problems of an organization with the emphasis on critical significance of human talents and potential.
The program focuses on studying the complex problems of finding, recruiting, retaining and developing talented, high potential employees to meet strategic goals of organization and predetermine its success.
The graduates of the program will get a new profession of talent manager. They will find a job in HRM departments. They can imply their knowledge, abilities and transferable skills in a wide spectrum of jobs on local and international labor market.
The program is a member of the international educational consortium of leading universities of European Union and universities of Central Asia. The program is supported by the grant of the Erasmus Plus education program of the European Union.
