Let’s celebrate the success of our 鶹ý Business students!
On April 6, 鶹ý Business Students won one of five cases at “Crack It” Business Case Championship at AlmaU University, Kazakhstan. The championship is an annual competition among over 300 participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on solving business problems faced by local entrepreneurs and companies.
A record number of 66 teams competed to develop a detailed marketing strategy for product launch, target audience or geographical expansion for one of the five Kazakh companies: ZI, Constella, ZARDOZI, KAZBEEF and SENIOR CLUB! Representatives of these companies were sole judges of the best proposal.
Kyrgyzstan and 鶹ý were represented at the Crack It 2024 championship by two teams from Business School supported by Bermet Talasbek Kyzy, Strategic Development Officer of Business School, Begimai Abdraeva, Director of Bachelor of Business Administration program:

During the 2,5 hours teams conducted analysis of the current state of the companies: niche market, target audience, SMM profiles and website, existing channels of communication, tested customer service by attempting to make an order, analyzed store locations and strength of competitors. Then they developed a detailed marketing plan to solve a specific problem posed by the company.
We congratulate Team 1- Zharkynai, Aidai and Aibyke with a victory on Constella Case study! These students are invited to an internship at Constella in Almaty to work together with the marketing team on company’s marketing strategy!
