These disputes involve not only vast sums, but also a panoply of rights, duties, and shifting objectives at the juncture of national and international law and policy. The FDI Moot helps future lawyers attain a practical understanding of these issues.

The FDI Online Pre-Moot is an event designed to give students the floor to demonstrate their pleading skills and knowledge of complex issues of international investment arbitration and law before the FDI Moot Global Rounds.
We wish our team all the best as they prepare for this prestigious international legal competition.
