Our graduates of the "Applied Geology" program

Aslan Alparov is a graduate of the "Applied Geology" program at the Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½). He completed his studies in 2021 and then pursued a master's degree, graduating in 2024 from Queen’s University in Canada.

After earning his Master’s degree in Applied Geology and successfully completing the COOP program at VALE, Aslan began working as a geologist at Ontario Operations, located in Sudbury, Ontario. In his professional career, he actively applies his geological knowledge and strives for excellence in the field of mining and natural resources.

Emir Tashbaev works as a senior laboratory assistant in the Laboratory of Environmental and Engineering Geology at the National Academy of Sciences. In addition, he is undergoing an internship at the gold mining company "Alliance Altyn" in Talas, at the Jerui deposit. He strives to develop his career in geology and mining, applying theoretical knowledge in practice and expanding his professional experience.

Aidar Zhumabaev graduated from the department of Applied Geology at the Â鶹´«Ã½, specializing in water resources. He currently works as an environmental engineer at Hydrosolutions.

Aidar is an expert in hydrological modeling and climate impact assessment. He also has a strong interest in applying modern technologies and methods in hydrology and environmental sciences.

Arsen Mamadbekov is a second-year student in the Geophysics program at the University of Padua, Italy.

Jung Yoonho is pursuing a master's degree in interpretation and translation at one of the top universities in Korea, Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
