Degree Requirements

To graduate, all students must complete at least 120 credits, which include:

• Required courses related to Human Potential Development and Talent Management (60 credits)
• Research Methods (6 credits) and Research and Writing Colloquium (6 credits)
• Elective courses (24 credits)
• Internship (6 credits)
• Independent Study and Thesis Writing (18 credits)

Along with courses and internship, students need to complete and defend a master鈥檚 thesis.听
